Night BBQ's Rock

The weather is hot, the time is right and there is meat in the fridge… what better set of circumstances to bring on a last minute BBQ.

This is the weather that the MET office promised so why not get down to your local corner shop and grab some of the mystery meat they always sell and fire up your BBQ.

Last minute BBQ recipe ideas can be as simple as chucking on a few steaks (what we are doing right now), right through to scouring the fridge and putting together something a bit more special.

So why not go a little mad and have  a BBQ tonight… go on!

Put a few steaks in a bag, pour in some coca cola, leave for 30 mins and then slap them on the grill!
